TIMING. The Henkel Corporation ("Henkel") Duck® Brand Duct Tape "Stick or Treat Halloween Costume Contest" ("Contest") begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), August 18, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, October 10, 2008 ("Contest Entry Period"). Entries must be submitted by the end of the Contest Entry Period to be considered. Entries postmarked or e-mailed after October 10, 2008, will not be considered.

SPONSOR. The Contest is sponsored by Henkel Corporation, 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio 44011-1355 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, including the District of Columbia, but excluding Puerto Rico and the Province of Quebec, ages of 14 and above at the time of entry who submit a valid Contest Entry as defined in the Official Rules ("Entrant"). Employees of Sponsor, their family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their family members are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

ORIGINAL WORK/NO INFRINGEMENT. By entering the Contest, Entrant states that the Contest Entry is an original work, has not been previously published, including previously submitted in this Contest, or won any award, and that Entrant is aware of no conflicting rights in the Contest Entry including but not limited to copyright or other intellectual property right. Entrant represents, states and agrees that his or her Contest Entry will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including by way of example and not by limitation, any copyright, trademark or patent rights belonging to any third party.

PUBLICITY/USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS. Except where prohibited by law, entry in the Contest constitutes Entrant's consent for Sponsor to use Entrant's name, city and state of residence, entry, likeness, photograph, image and Contest Entry for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration, unless prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER. Entry may be made on-line or by U.S. mail. For on-line entries, each Entrant must go to www.stickortreat.com, or www.ducttapeclub.com, click, on "Contest" and submit: (1) one color photograph of themselves in their duct tape Halloween costume ("Duct Tape Halloween Costume"; (2) title or description to accompany submission (3) each Entrant's first name, last name, address, phone number, e-mail address and age; (4) Liability and Publicity Release and Contest ("Release") signed by each Entrant and subject, if any Entrant or subject is a minor, a Release signed by individual's parent or guardian (collectively, "Contest Entry" or "Contest Entries"). Entry by U.S. Mail: Submissions of the above information should be sent to: Stick or Treat Halloween Costume Contest, 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, OH 44011-1355. Limit one submission per individual. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that Sponsor reasonable believes contains profanity or other offensive depictions, or that in any way may defame or jeopardize the good will or reputation of Sponsor or any third party.

CONTEST ENTRIES. Contest Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By participating in the Contest, Entrant grants to Sponsor the non-exclusive, irrevocable worldwide right to use, publish and copy the Contest Entry in any media, in whole or in part, without geographical limitation or compensation to Entrant, including by way of example and not by limitation, display at the Duck Tape Club Web site, located at www.stickortreat.com or www.ducttapeclub.com

JUDGING CRITERIA/NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. All Contest Entries will be judged collectively according to the same judging criteria, and those three Contest Entries with the highest scores will be awarded the corresponding prize. Winning a prize is determined solely based on the highest scores achieved under the Judging Criteria. Each Contest Entry will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the potential winners will be selected based on a composite score using the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):

• Workmanship (30%)
• Originality (25%)
• Use of Colors (25%)
• Accessories (10%)
• Quantity of Duct Tape Used (10%)

Sponsor will score all eligible Contest Entries based on the Judging Criteria and will select the potential winners at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on October 17, 2008, at Henkel Corporation, 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio USA. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Contest and prize awards are final. Sponsor will notify the Winners on or about October 17, 2008, in accordance with the information provided by the Entrant in the Contest Entries. In the event that an Entrant's phone number or address changes, it is Entrant's responsibility to notify Sponsor of such change. Winners, or where the Winners are minors, the Parent or Guardian who signed the original Release, must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) and provide Sponsor with the winning attire via pre-paid overnight courier within Seven (7) days of receipt of those documents or prize may be forfeited. Noncompliance with this time period or failure to provide Sponsor with the Duct Tape Halloween Costume attire may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. In the event that any prize notification is undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a Winner, or response to a prize notification is not received within Seven (7) days of its issuance, the prize may be forfeited. Where a prize is forfeited, the Entrant with the next highest score in accordance with the Judging Criteria will be chosen as an alternate winner. Winners will be announced via news release and posted on the www.ducktapeclub.com Web site on or about October 29, 2008.

TIES: In the event of a tie score between two or more Entrants, the Contest Entry that has the highest score in the category of Originality will be selected as the Winner.

PRIZES. There will be Three (3) Prizes: One (1) First Place Prize, One (1) Second Place Prize and One (1) Third Place Prize selected from among all eligible Contest Entries (collectively, "Prize(s)"). First Prize: The First Place winner will receive a cash prize of $500.00 and a one (1) year supply of Duck brand duct tape. Second Prize: The Second Place winner will receive a cash prize of $250.00 and a one (1) year supply of Duck brand duct tape. Third Prize: The Third Place winner will receive a cash prize of $100.00 and a one (1) year supply of Duck brand duct tape.

The total value of all prizes is $1,000.00. All prizes will be awarded. Where winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of the parent or guardian that signed the original written parental Release. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation with these Official Rules. Entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents or contractors and their employees, officers and directors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest. Because this is a contest of skill, odds of winning depend upon the eligible Contest Entries received and Entrants' final score, as determined by the Judging Criteria for the Contest. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Contest and prize awards are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the Judging Criteria from the eligible Contest Entries received up to the time of impairment. BY RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE, WINNER ACCEPTS THE PRIZE WITH NO FURTHER OBLIGATION FROM SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, AND AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS ("RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF ENTRY IN THE CONTEST OR RECEIPT OR POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ELEMENT THEREOF. Sponsor, its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents and employees are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegitimate, or impermissible submissions or mail; postage due mail; or any other error whether human, mechanical or electronic. Proof of sending or submitting a Contest Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

PRIZE WINNERS AND OFFICIAL RULES. A copy of these Official Rules and the Contest results may be obtained by visiting www.stickortreat.com, www.ducttapeclub.com, or by writing to "Stick or Treat Halloween Costume Contest," 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, OH 44011-1355. Contest results will be available within 20 days after the close of a Contest Period. Requests must indicate the specific Contest Period requested, and must be received within 90 days from the end of that specific Contest Period.
